For the Inner Circle membership, due to the nature of that membership and the fact that you get full, unlimited access, we can't offer refunds. However, you’re not locked in either: you can cancel your membership at any time like this:

For Course Purchases
We offer a 21-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases (in the Spring Languages Academy). Simply send us a message within 21 days of purchase and we’ll process your refund. We do incur costs and spend significant resources creating, updating, and maintaining these courses, so, unfortunately, we can’t process refunds that are requested more than 21 days after enrolment. Instead, we'll do everything we can to help you get fluent in Spanish! :)
